DUE TO COVID-19, SHIPPING MAY EXPERIENCE SOME DELAYS

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your item has been posted you will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking information. An email address MUST be provided upon purchase.

Most items will be dispatched same business day as order placed, not include weekend and public holidays.

Domestic shipping within Australia - $10AUD flat rate. 

Please allow an extra 24 business hours handling time during busy periods.

Express Post service is also available upon request.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Due to covid-19, all international orders via the website are currently suspended. However, we are happy to arrange DHL delivery for International orders. Please contact us before purchasing to confirm shipping cost and delivery time.

Please bear in mind that Made By Time is not responsible for customs fees. During any international customs process, custom fees may be charged to the receiver upon receipt.

Please note that an incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer may result in your parcel being returned, abandoned or lost. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.
